Unfortunately, due to the nature and type of products we make we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with our product we will gladly give you a discount on your next purchase order with us. If you receive defective product we will be happy to do an exchange.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. All orders ship USPS priority mail which is typically a 1-3 day transit time to deliver domestic orders & 6-10 day transit time for international orders.
